Time: 5:30 p.m.: Networking with cash bar. 6:00-8:30 p.m.: General membership meeting, dinner and 2 hours of continuing education (C.E.).
C.E. Topic: Hampton Roads Real Estate Assessors Panel Discussion for Appraisers. Top assessors from city government offices throughout Hampton Roads will participate in a panel discussion. City assessment practices, city data base applications, and trends in property values are among the topics to be discussed. This program was developed and is administered by the Hampton Roads Chapter of the Appraisal Institute. Attendees are eligible to receive 2.0 hours of Appraisal Institute and Commonwealth of Virginia C.E. credit. Dress is Business Casual.
Registration Fee: $30.00 for members and $50.00 for all other licensed appraisers. The price includes buffet dinner and the 2-hour CE presentation. The price for those not eligible for Virginia CE (i.e. not a licensed appraiser) is $40.00. Contact the Chapter office if you wish to register yourself or guest under this price.
