The CE seminar and state of the appraisal Institute will be presented by Michael J. Acquaro-Mignogna, MAI, SRA, AI-GRS, 2026 President of the Appraisal Institute.
Includes 2 hours of Continuing Education & “State of the Appraisal Institute” report. The 2026 Appraisal Institute National President will present an up-to-date report on valuation bias in real state appraisal industry. This 2-hour seminar will be a comprehensive update on federal priorities, legal developments, and professional standards as of October 2025.
Any & all cancellations are subject to an administrative fee. No credit/refunds for Cancellations made on or after November 10th. No credit/refunds for no-shows. Confirmations will be emailed. Two hours of CE credits are pending the Virginia Board of Real Estate Appraisers and the Appraisal Institute. 100% seminar/speaker attendance required to receive CE credits, as per state & AQB criteria.
