This informative seminar will discuss sustainable building valuation. Recently, local appraisers conducted a white paper study which was completed on green home certifications. The seminar will cover the specifics on that study and also discuss solar PV valuation for the GSEs and agencies associated with lending use work. We will also do an overview of sustainable improvements for non-residential properties.
