Matrix 360 Training for Appraisers

In this 2-hour seminar, Lindsay Stephenson, Training Coordinator for REIN, will demonstrate step-by-step instructions on the new Matrix 360 system for appraisal purposes. This new system is a unification of the MLS listing and Realist tax data. This is your chance to ask questions and learn the system to help you work efficiently. Bring your computer (fully charged) so that you may better learn these steps. This program was developed and is administered by the Real Estate Information Network, Inc.. Attendees are eligible to receive 2.0 hours of Appraisal Institute and Commonwealth of Virginia C.E. credit.
